Amplify's chat tool which allows teachers to quickly and easily get help

Nothing is more important to us than making sure Amplify works for you and your students. If having a question answered quickly can lead to one student having an “aha” moment, we want to be there help! We know that it’s not always easy to reach out for help when you have 25 middle school students in front of you. So, we have provided Amplify Chat, a new tool to help you get answers and product updates quickly and easily. Or, feel free to just say hello to your favorite Customer Care Analyst! Amplify Chat is only available to teachers, and you can find it by clicking on the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen within our Lessons or Gradebook.

At Amplify, we pride ourselves on answering your questions quickly, so you can do what you do best—teach. To ask our Customer Care Analysts a question, just click on the Amplify Chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. 

From there, just select “New Conversation” and ask away. Our Customer Care Analysts will get back to you as quickly as they can. Each time you reach out to our Customer Care Analysts, please select “New Conversation.” This will help us track your issues more effectively and get you answers more quickly. Customer Care Analysts are available between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday.

Product Updates

One of the best things about being digital is that we can constantly improve in real time in order to make Amplify work better for you. Whenever we have something new to share with you, we will let you know through Amplify Chat. You’ll notice a small dot with the number of unread messages over the Amplify Chat icon, which indicates that we have sent you something new. You can open it up whenever you have a free minute. Rest assured, we will always let you know in advance via Amplify Chat when changes that will affect your classroom experience are coming.
