For most of Amplify's commercial products, Amplify recommends that you use Clever to send your SIS enrollment data to Amplify. Once Clever is configured, your data is transferred securely and seamlessly to Amplify’s servers.
Sending enrollment data through Clever

To send enrollment data through Clever:
Sign up with Clever at clever.com/signup/amplifylearning.
During the signup process, choose whether to send your enrollment data through the Clever API or by uploading CSV files to Clever. We encourage you to use Clever's SFTP option, as API does not allow for customizations or changes you may want to make post-export from your SIS. For more information, contact your Amplify Project Manager.
On the Account Overview page under My Apps, click Add App and enable the Amplify Curriculum app.
On the Data Sharing tab under Amplify Curriculum Application, select Share by Section or Share by Rule. You can also share data from selected schools or the entire district; however, we recommend you share only the data for sections that use the digital curriculum.
5. Select the sections in your school you want to share with Amplify.
6. Contact your Amplify Project Manager to confirm the data import works correctly.
Note: Once you have set the "Share" option and your Amplify Project Manager has confirmed access, do not change the setting (for example, do not switch from Share by Section to Share by School). You can add additional sections if you selected Share by Section.
Validating your enrollment data in Clever
This section contains instructions that require access to your district’s Clever account. For more information about Clever, visit clever.com.
Log in to your district's Clever dashboard.
On the Sync page, confirm that the Sync Status displays as “Sync Successful” and that the last successful sync was executed as scheduled.
3. Also on the Account Overview page, confirm that My Apps includes Amplify Curriculum and that you are "Sharing district."
4. Select the Amplify Curriculum application and confirm that the correct scope of data to share (district, school, or section) is selected. Ensure the scope contains all the staff and students who need an Amplify account.
5. Confirm that the School, Teacher, Section, and Student counts are accurate. If they don't match the counts in your Student Information System (SIS), determine the source of the error and resync your data if necessary.
6. In the Amplify Curriculum Application, click "Data Validation"
7. Review the warning information. If you see any non-zero counts, click the count to download a CSV file containing the affected records. This will help you decide if there's a problem you need to correct. If so, correct the SIS data and resync your data.
REVIEWING ROSTERS
Navigate to the Amplify Curriculum Application Overview tab.
Confirm that the student count for each section is correct. If you see any problems, check the data in your SIS and resync if necessary.
On the Browse Sections page, click each row in turn and review the names of the enrolled students. If you see any problems, check the data in your SIS and resync if necessary.
